Why should I pay you for my credit report now when other internet sites offer it for free?

And, I don't even know if you're going to make me the loan or not?

First: Free credit report sites give you results of only one credit reporting bureau.
There are three bureaus and all three scores are required for almost all home loans. Most lenders will set the terms of your loan based on the middle score of these three. Getting only one score, in our opinion, can only be useful to you if you're just curious about the information being reported on you or, perhaps, to buy a car or get a department store account opened.
Second: We will provide you with a copy of the full report.
Which you can take to other lenders or, often, use as your basis and proof to dispute errors in your credit history. This report includes the names and addresses of all creditors to help you contact them to discuss errors or make offers to settle and it includes the names and addresses of the three reporting agencies to help you file formal claims to correct bad information. If you don't pay for the report now, and, therefore, we pay for it. Then it's our property and it will remain in your file until the loan is closed with us.
Finally: It's a bargain!
If you wait until closing your loan, then the credit report is included as a standard closing cost element that will cost you from $55.00 to $75.00.
It's Easy, Fast, & Secure!
